Our Story
QCO Group was founded in Queensland in 2004 to bring discipline and visibility to the materials and supply chains behind major engineered projects. Over two decades we've supported some of Australia's largest resource extraction projects and, more recently, infrastructure programs of national significance - managing procurement, contracts, expediting, freight forwarding and warehouse inventory from design through to asset handover.
As our clients' work has grown more complex, so has ours. What began as supply chain and materials management has broadened to include compliance advisory, business optimisation and the corporate functions that keep major capital programs running.
More recently, that hands-on experience has led us to build software of our own. Where existing platforms fell short of what regulated, capital-intensive industries actually need, we began developing purpose-built alternatives - starting with Rex Manager, a dam safety compliance platform built with a Government Owned Corporation and extending into materials management. The tools we build are shaped by the work we do; the work we do is sharpened by the tools we build.
What hasn't changed is how we work: a multidisciplinary team of specialists, embedded alongside our clients or engaged for targeted expertise, combining proven frameworks with smart use of data and systems. Whether the goal is delivering a major capital program, sharpening day-to-day operations, or standing up a compliance capability from scratch, we're trusted in environments where precision and performance aren't optional.
